Forrest K. Clinard has twenty-five years of litigation experience as a practicing attorney in Georgia and Florida. He graduated from the Florida State University College of Law and is a past president of the North Fulton Bar Association and currently co-chair of the Multi Bar Leadership Council. In addition to his litigation practice Mr. Clinard has also had success with the appeal of cases at the state appeals court, one of which the ruling was reviewed and upheld by the Florida Supreme Court and is stilled cited in cases today (Giltex v. Diehl, upheld in Katz v. Van Der Noord). He is admitted to all the state courts of Georgia and Florida, as well as the federal district courts in the northern districts of Georgia and Florida and the U.S. 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the North Fulton Bar Association. In addition to clients in Georgia, the firm has represented clients from all over the country, including Florida, South Carolina, Texas, New Jersey, Massachusetts, California, Wisconsin, Ohio, North Carolina, and Tennessee.
